Key Features of Human Resources Management

Human resources management in easy words that the managing of employees in an organization while engaging correct people in correct task and make its maximum out the employees talents and abilities to achieve desired goals and targets.
Edwin Flippo defines- HRM as “planning, organizing, directing, controlling of procurement, development, compensation, integration, maintenance and separation of human resources to the end that individual, organizational and social objectives are achieved.”

Key features of Human Resources Management can be classified in to below topics

1. Strategic Management

If the company bottom line is strengthened with HR and it will affect the organizational success with no word.  Corporate decision making authorities with expertise HR Strategic Management can direct on enhancing or decreasing staff while targeting future demands arise from its company business.

 2. Wages and Salaries

HR expertise used to develop a particular structure on compensating employees in the competitive business field on the same industry type or same company modules. Also it considered on same employee with its similar skills and manage widespread wages and salaries structure while line up with organizational current financials markups and its revenue.

  11. Defining the characteristics of HRM is no an easy task as its running towards a vast area. However, the characteristics which you have brought in to discussion have more importance & you have briefly explained the definitions. Apart from these, HRM can be viewed as a psychological contract & employee relations perspective as well.
