Human resources management in easy words
that the managing of employees in an organization while engaging correct people
in correct task and make its maximum out the employees talents and abilities to
achieve desired goals and targets.
Edwin Flippo defines- HRM as “planning,
organizing, directing, controlling of procurement, development, compensation,
integration, maintenance and separation of human resources to the end that individual,
organizational and social objectives are achieved.”

However, the characteristics which you have brought in to discussion have more importance & you have briefly explained the definitions. Apart from these, HRM can be viewed as a psychological contract & employee relations perspective as well.
