  14. in my point of view, according to the current situation of the organisation, the number of vacancies to be completed, and as well as the designation of vacant positions are some of the key factors which HR concerns when it comes to recruitment and selection process, they need to consider both modern and traditional methods as when required to recruit the right candidate.
